CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING FEBRUARY 4, 2020 23 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />February 4, 2020 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Jordan Gathers and <br />Joseph Molnar present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Therese Dorau were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Molnar stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; Mr. <br />Molnar stated the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,463,055.16 <br />1 02/04/2020 <br />Therefore, Mr. Molnar made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted.
