Our
support for this proposed rezoning is with the following conditions:
• The proposed house to be located at this site shall be a two-story house, thus matching
the existing houses along this street.
• The house must include the architectural elements that are found on the existing
houses that make up this neighborhood -- this would include: window/door trim, a
steeply pitched roof(6/12 at minimum), standard window fenestration, colors, narrow
sided clapboards (wood or vinyl), appropriate porch design, etc.
We look forward to working with Habitat for Humanity in this neighborhood and welcome the most
recent houses that were built over the past week. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
41,41.010elAdtitirgli.111.10111RWalgi6
Thomas E.
