This Resolution <br /> Jake Teshka encourages the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to allocate a minimum of <br /> Fifth District 5%of the funding from each TIF District for public improvement to infrastructure <br /> Sheila Niezgodski such as curbs, sidewalks, streets, improved street lighting, storm water drainage <br /> Sixth District and alley improvements as allowed by state statute. <br /> Karen L.White The Resolution also strongly encourages the South Bend Redevelopment <br /> At Large Commission to explore the implementation of residential TIFs as authorized by <br /> Senate Enrolled Act 566-2019 signed by the Governor on May 5, 2019. <br /> Rachel Tomas Morgan <br /> At Large I ask that this Resolution be assigned to the Community Investment Committee for <br /> Lori K.
