<br />the City of South Bend, its officers, employees, contractors, consultants, successors and assigns.

<br />That the Grantors in consideration of the foregoing promises and for other good and valuable
<br />consideration, which includes clearing of easement area, of any brush and debris, removal of three (3)

<br />acknowledged, the Grantors hereby grants, conveys, and warrants to Grantee permanent easement of

<br />operation, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, repair, alteration, removal, modernization, and use of
<br />a Storm Sewer Utility line(s) (The System), together with the right of Ingress to and egress from said
<br />permanent easements for the purpose of installing, construction, operation, maintaining, adjusting,
<br />replacing, repairing, altering, removing, and modernizing said System and other equipment or facilities
<br />indolent thereto, in, upon, over and under the following described real estate in St. Joseph County, State
<br />of Indiana, briefly described as follows:
