APPROVED <br />C4 r. Eckerle: This item goes back to the original resolution <br />#1106 adopted in June 1972. The department (under sub - contract <br />to the Economic Development Commission) was acquiring the <br />property for the Merry Avenue Project. In acquiring all the <br />p operty, Lot #22 was omitted. At this time we are asking <br />r approval for acquisition of this lot, although you have <br />already given it. We are also making it known that we are <br />putting this whole parcel (five acres) up for bid; we have <br />had it appraised, and have gone through the normal commission <br />procedures. <br />. Cira made a motion to approve acquisition of Lot #22, <br />nold's First Addition, Merry Avenue Project Area, seconded <br />Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was unanimously carried. <br />6.
