Indiana Avenue in the amount of $5,900.00, and of John & Christine Bidlack of 909 North Cleveland Street in the amount of $8,900.00, seconded by Mr. Donaldson, and the moltion was carried. (general construction contract) $55871.00 Mr. H cus: The North /South Advisory Board wishes approval of this contract. The concern you may have here is that the actual bid is close to the estimated cost. Please be advised that we have very few houses in this contract which require only spot repair S. Spot repairs are very hard to arrive at an actual estimate price, rather than a full house rehabilitation; hence the reason for the difference in the bid and the estimated cost. Meade Street, as set forth in letter from Mr. James Harcus Director Bureau of Ho inp. Mr. H cus: It is the Bureau's practice to make a final review of accounts prior to authorizing commencement of rehabilitation contracts. During such review it was observed that 318 S. Meade had received some service during 1976 under Emergency Repair Project. That prior service, coupled with present contract, exceed guideline limits by $375.00.
