During <br />a standard review of accounts, the Bureau staff discovered <br />that 1410 N. Olive is outside of Section 312 Target Areas. <br />Therefore, it was requested that the January 19, 1979 loan <br />a proval be considered null and void. <br />Ms. Auburn made a motion that the approval heretofore made <br />be rescinded, seconded by Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was <br />unanimously carried. <br />6.
