ORDINANCE NO. 1521- 7 4/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF IRELAND ROAD, APPROXIMATELY <br /> 866.63 FEET WEST OF IRONWOOD ROAD, ALL BEING WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> INDIANA, that: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be <br /> and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the <br /> following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br /> State of Indiana: <br /> Property located on the south side of Ireland Road, approximately <br /> 866.63 feet west of Ironwood Road, being legally described as: <br /> A parcel of land located in the East half of the <br /> Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, <br /> Range 3 East, Centre Township, City of South Bend, St. <br /> Joseph County, Indiana described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the Northwest corner of the East half of said <br /> Southeast Quarter, said point being also on the <br /> centerline of Ireland Road; thence South along the West <br /> line of East half of said Southeast Quarter a distance <br /> of 360 feet; thence East a distance of 376 feet, to the <br /> Southwest corner of Lot 2, Ireland Road Minor <br /> Subdivision; thence North along the West line of said <br /> Ireland Road Minor Subdivision 360 feet to the center <br /> line of Ireland Road; thence West along said centerline <br /> 376 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.12 <br /> acres, more or less. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "O" Office. <br /> SECTION II.
