Mayor Nemeth: I would like to thank Mr. Morrison and all the other members of the Redevelopment Trustees for the excellent job they have been doing. I am hare to entend our thanks to Mr. Wiggins for the many years of fine servica he has rendered to the Department of Redevelopment. I would now li e to present to you a Key to the City of South Bend. Thank you very m ch. Mr. Wiggins: It is quite an honor. It has been an honor to serve the City of South Bend in this capacity. You may be assured that my interests will continue in the future of South Bend and the downtown. If at any time I can be of further service, please don't hesitate to call me.
