APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Cira, and MINUTES <br />unanimously carried, the Minutes of the Regular Meeting APPROVED <br />of December 1, 1978, were approved. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />There were no claims to present to the Commission. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There 1were no communications to present to the Commission. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no old business to present to the Commission. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Gladstone for $2,200.00, and <br />for Mr. & Mrs. Archie Lowe of 209 East Bronson Street for $4,600.00, <br />seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously carried. <br />b. Comnission approval requested by the North Advisory Board for a <br />grant of $8,000.00 to Southhold Heritage Foundation, Inc. a <br />not-for-profit organization, for the rehabilitation of the <br />pr:)perty located at 121 N.
