APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Kelly <br />moved the approval-of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the <br />Redevelopment <br />Trustees, which was held on Monday, December 5, 1977, seconded <br />by Mr. <br />Welsheimer, and the motion was unanimously carried. <br />III. ELECTION <br />OF OFFICERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES <br />Mr. Kelly <br />moved that the following slate of officers be elected for the year <br />1979, <br />seconded by Mr. Weinzetl, and the motion was unanimously carried. The <br />newly <br />elected officers are as follows: <br />Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President <br />Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President <br />Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary <br />Mr. Bert Liss, Member <br />Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member <br />IV. MISCELLANEOUS <br />BUSINESS <br />Mr. Morrison <br />mentioned that a resolution should be drawn up for Donald A. Wiggins, <br />to be <br />read at the .next regularly scheduled Redevelopment Commission meeting. He <br />also felt <br />that a resolution should be drawn up for C. Wayne Brownell (who was <br />the former <br />Executive Director, of Redevelopment) to also be read at the next <br />Redeve.opment <br />Commission meeting. <br />V. APPOINTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS <br />It was <br />noted that a replacement would have to be appointed for Donald A. Wiggins, <br />Vice President <br />of the Redevelopment Commissioners. <br />Mr. Kelly <br />made a motion that all the following commissioners be appointed for the <br />year 1979, <br />with the exception of Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Weinzetl, and the <br />r, <br />motion <br />was unanimously carried.
