Stickler Plumbing <br />$ 4,595.00 <br />(Plumbing contract) <br />Mr. Wiggins moved that the contracts be awarded to <br />the <br />above stated bidders in Contract Set NE /05 & SE /13, <br />seconded <br />by Mr. Cira, and the motion was carried. <br />Discussion of the agreement between the City of South Bend, <br />St. Joseph Bank, and American Cities Corporation Rouse <br />Corporation). <br />Mr. Ellison: This item is stated on the agenda as being <br />discussion, because at this time there is no contract or <br />other document to show you.
