Kendall, South Bend, Indiana CO., APPROVED <br />as et forth in letter from Mr. James Harcus, Director <br />of ureau of Housing. <br />f. <br />Mr. Harcus: The original contract specified replacement of <br />South and rear porch roofs. Since time of original inspection, <br />home developed a leak in the main structure. Our Bureau <br />Inspector visited the site, judged the leak to be severe, and <br />immediately requested a cost estimate to shingle overlay main <br />roo . In consideration of the prevailing weather, the Bureau <br />of Housing immediately issued a Proceed Order.
