The importance of the letter is that it does <br />provide written evidence that the final audit for R -66 was waived. <br />This is Lhe last action necessary to close out R -66 from a financial <br />standpoint. <br />Mr. Wigg ns made a motion that this letter be accepted and placed <br />on file, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />5.
