This abrupt experience made evident to him <br />e tensive termite damage. An extermination order was processed <br />a d repair estimate acquired. <br />My. Wiggins moved for approval of Change Order #5, with Slatile <br />Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., Inc., for an increase price of <br />$E50.00, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />f. While <br />servicing this item, contractor fell through the porch roof. It <br />immediately became apparent to him that damage resulting from <br />carpenter ants had to be repaired.
