The deleted items will <br />be serviced through a Section 312 Loan now being processed <br />separately for this applicant. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for approval of Change Order #1, Charles <br />Brown Maintenance Co., for a decrease in contract price of <br />$260.00, seconded by'Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />c. C mmission approval requested for Change Order #3, Slatile Roofin <br />a d Sheet Metal Co., Inc., for a decrease in contract price of <br />OO.00, for an amended contract total of 41,152.00, at the <br />a dress of 1413 S. Marietta Street, South Bend, Indiana, as set <br />f rth in Inter - Office Memo, dated August 305 19789 from <br />M James Harcus, Director of Bureau of Housing. <br />0 iginal specifications included replacement of bathroom door <br />k obset, and the affixing of new roof shingles. Upon arrival <br />at site contractor found that the bathroom door had further <br />d teriorated since time of initial inspection and had to be <br />r placed. He also discovered that independently, the homeowner <br />h d another roofer at work who apparently walked off without <br />c mpleting the assignment. The Bureau's contractor was <br />instructed to complete roof after providing revised charges <br />r flecting this reduction in work content. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for approval of Change Order #3, Slatile <br />Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., Inc., for a decrease in contract <br />price of $400.00, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was <br />unanimously carried. <br />d.
