Robinson then moved that we establish prevailing wage rates in this <br />a ea for rehabilitation of single family dwellings, seconded by <br />M . Wiggins, and it was carried. <br />. Nimtz: Anything further? Questions or discussions? <br />Mts. Allen: That means that the small contractor wouldn't be able to do <br />t e job? <br />. Wiggins: No, it just means that they will have to pay their help. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />T$e next commission meeting will be held on August 4, 1978, at 10:00 A.M. <br />Mr. Nimtz: The Commission has just had an informal poll which I might <br />aiinounce. There is a meeting scheduled for September 1st, which is the <br />Labor Day weekend, but we felt we should have the meeting at the regular <br />time, and that it should not be rescheduled. <br />9.
