What <br />Iline would you be looking at, say if the court has not ruled by early <br />Butler: I don't know Dave. <br />Ms. Derbeck: Maybe it is possible in some of these cases where people are <br />wil ing to sell and have approached you and you have everything ready to go.. <br />Mr. Brownell: No comment. I think we might explain that the case is pending <br />on motion in _a different court. <br />Mr. Butler: A motion has been filed with the Supreme Court to, in effect, <br />byp ss the Court of Appeals. <br />Ms. <br />Mr. <br />Derbeck: You've heard nothing on that? <br />Butler: So far as I know - I have not talked to Ed. <br />Ms. Derbeck: I thought about two meetings ago this was brought up.and I <br />believe you said you would look for an answer in about thirty days. We have a Grant surplus, a <br />sur lus from Relocation, and; a surplus from Projects R -57 and A -10. <br />8.
