K-65/14q <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $369,453 WITHIN FUND 212 FOR THE <br /> PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR <br /> PROGRAM YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1995. <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of community <br /> resources, the Department of Community and Economic Development has <br /> entered into contracts to provide staff and administrative support for various <br /> not-for-profit organizations and programs. These revenues are the basis for the <br /> administrative budget and need to be appropriated for that use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $369,453.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 212 <br /> for Program Year 1995, beginning January 1, 1995. <br /> SECTION II.
