Mr. Slabaugh <br />says that he is working on the repair contract to repair the lights on Plaza <br />Park and he hopes to get that together by our next meeting. <br />Ms. D rbeck: Then you really don't have any other word on the lawsuit, that <br />is all that is in the way now... <br />Mr. Brownell: I don't comment on the lawsuit. <br />Mr. Nimtz: We keep hearing things like you do Ms. Derbeck. <br />Ms. D rbeck: But that is the only thing standing in your way? <br />Mr. B ownell: No, that is not true. The environmental review completion has <br />to be made before the release of funds; that will probably take another thirty <br />days r so, because they have to publish that. <br />9.
