We are throwing out those contracts, and they <br />will b rebid. <br />Mr. New ill: What about the contracts that were previously signed? <br />Mr. Brownell: We wouldn't be obligated to anyone except HUD. The contractor <br />wouldn't have anything to do with it. <br />Mr. Wiggins: We had authorization from HUD prior to that, so if there was any <br />liability, it would be between us and HUD, not between us and the contractor. <br />Mr. New ill: I understand. <br />8.
