Fellows St. $5,500.00 18 /SOU -2- 24/1 -76 -78 <br />Mr. Brownell read the details of the above 312 loans and Mr. Wiggins <br />then moved for approval of both — motion seconded by Mr. Robinson <br />and carried. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Brownell: Resolution #550 was taken before the Area Plan Com- <br />mission on Tuesday evening, April 18th, 1978, where it was unani- <br />mously approved and we are now preparing a Resolution to go before <br />the City Council at the first meeting they hold. <br />Mr. Wiggins: What about MACOG, when does it get there? <br />Mr. Brownell: We go to MACOG after the public hearings - then they <br />make the A -95 review in MACOG. <br />8. NE4T COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Commission Meeting will be held on Friday, May 5, 1978 <br />at 10:00 A.M. <br />DISCUS ION <br />Ms. De beck: Do you have anything to say at this time about the lawsuit? <br />Mr. Butler: Mum is the word. <br />Mr. Brownell: I have nothing to report other than what our attorney reported <br />at our last meeting. <br />Mr. Butler: Basically, Mr. Chapleau is simply waiting now for the various <br />papers to be filed, the briefs and so forth. <br />Ms. De beck: They haven't filed the transcripts yet? <br />Mr. Bu ler: AS of a week ago, I believe the transcripts had been filed, but <br />the br efs have not been ..... there was no further comment from the floor. <br />9.
