ORDINANCE NO. 85V9-9q <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING$210,700.00 <br /> FROM AND AMONG THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND <br /> FOR THE NIMTZ PARKWAY PHASE III AND <br /> STREET MAINTENENCE AND REPAIR PROJECTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands in a safe and efficient manner, it is <br /> necessary to design and construct certain improvements within the City. These improvement projects are <br /> Project# 9446 - Nimtz Parkway Phase III, for road widening and intersection improvements and <br /> Project# 9401 - Street Maintenance and Repairs, for street improvements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I:The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from the Local <br /> Road and Street Fund for the projects in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
