ORDINANCE NO. tV-7 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING <br /> $111,444.00 FROM PROJECT RELEAF <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health, environmental <br /> consciousness, and the betterment of the general air quality, it <br /> is necessary to provide an efficient leaf pick-up and disposal <br /> program. The program is Project Releaf, this appropriation <br /> covers expenses for citywide leaf pick-up and disposal .
