Stephen P. <br /> Newton, Life House, 130 South Taylor Street, South Bend, Indiana, and indicating Mr. William <br /> Lamie, Architecture Design Group, 1539 North Ironwood, South Bend, Indiana, as the Contact <br /> Person,to vacate the following property: <br /> The first north-south alley east of South Michigan Street from the south right-of-way line of <br /> East Broadway Street to the north right-of-way line of the first intersecting east-west alley <br /> south of East Broadway Street for a distance of approximately 153 feet and a width of <br /> approximately 14 feet. Part situated in Haney's Addition to the City of South Bend,Indiana. <br /> For your information,the Board of Public Works received favorable recommendations from <br /> the Fire Department, Police Department, Division of Engineering and the Area Plan Commission <br /> concerning this vacation.
