Section II, entitled "Annual Pay Based in Rank" of Ordinance No. 8397-93 <br /> entitled "An Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, Fixing the <br /> Annual Pay of Monetary Fringe Benefits of Firefighters of the South Bend Fire Department for <br /> Calendar Years 1994, 1995,and 1996"is hereby amended in part as follows: <br /> Rank 1994 1995 1996 <br /> Fire Chief $42,250 $46,400 $48,300 <br /> All other provisions of Ordinance No. 8397-93 are hereby reaffirmed,ratified and continued in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> SECTION III.
