Page 3 <br /> c. Registrations shall be for a term of one (1) year <br /> beginning from the date of issuance. <br /> d. Lawn sprinkler contractors, water softener <br /> contractors, and fire protection sprinkler contractors shall comply <br /> with Article 11, Building Contractor Licensing Requirements. <br /> That Section 6-10 (3) (e) be amended as follows: <br /> (3) Permits required: <br /> e. All plumbing installations requiring a permit shall be <br /> inspected by the plumbing inspector three (3) times, once each for <br /> underground work, rough-on work, and final completion. A complete <br /> line test shall also be supervised by the plumbing inspector. The <br /> plumbing permit holder shall notify the plumbing inspector at least <br /> twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time the work is ready for <br /> inspection. If the work does not pass inspection, a reinspection fee <br /> twenty-five dollars ($25.00) <br /> of ten-dollars-019:90) shall be charged for each future inspection <br /> of that stage of work. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That Article 6, Electrical Code, amended as follows: <br /> All references in this article to "he" or "his" be amended to read <br /> "he/she" and "his/her". <br /> That Section 6-19(c) be deleted in its entirety. <br /> That Section 6-22(b) be amended as follows: <br /> Section 6-22 . Electrical Examining Board <br /> (b) The Board shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed <br /> by the Mayor, as follows: Two (2) Class A Electrical Contractors, one <br /> (1) electrical engineer registered in the State of Indiana, one (1) <br /> representative from a public utility providing electricity to St . <br /> Joseph County, and the Etty Electrical Inspector. Members shall serve <br /> for terms of four (4) years, and shall hold office at the pleasure of <br /> the Mayor. Each member shall receive ten dollars ($10 . 00) for each <br /> meeting of the Board he attends, except for the Electrical Inspector, ' <br /> who shall serve without pay. <br /> That Section 6-23(a) be amended as follows: <br /> Section 6-23 . Electrical licenses. <br /> (a) Required. No person shall perform or cause to be performed <br /> any installation, maintenance, alteration or repair of any electrical <br />
