<br /> A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1h) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br /> Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage
<br /> Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the Plat
<br /> of Joseph Keasey's Addition to the City of South Bend, Book 2, Page 69, said parcel
<br /> being a public street now known as Keasey Street and being 20.335 feet each side of
<br /> the following described centerline:
<br /> Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now
<br /> known as Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a public street now known
<br /> as Keasey Street, said point of intersection being the southwest corner of Lot No. 2 of
<br /> the Plat of Joseph Keasey's Addition to the City of South Bend, Book 2, Page 69;
<br /> thence south, along the east right-of-way line of said Michigan Street, a distance of
<br /> 20.335 feet to the centerline of said Keasey Street and being the Point of Beginning of
<br /> said centerline description; thence east along the centerline of said Keasey Street, a
<br /> distance of 996.13 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of a public street now
<br /> known as Carroll Street and being the Point of Terminus of this description, the
<br /> sidelines of said Keasey Street being extended or shortened to intersect with said east
<br /> right-of-way line of Michigan Street and the said west right-of-way of Carroll Street.

<br /> A parcel of land located in the northwest Quarter (NW ' ) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br /> Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage
<br /> Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the
<br /> subdivision of Joseph Keasey Plat and as recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 69 in the
<br /> Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder, said parcel being a 10.0 foot wide public
<br /> alley and being 5.0 feet each side of the following described centerline:
<br /> Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now
<br /> known as Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a vacated public street
<br /> now and formerly known as Elder Street, said point of intersection also being the
<br /> southwest corner of Lot "B" as shown on the Plat of Elder Place, Book 5, Page 13 in
<br /> the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder, thence east, along the north right-of-
<br /> way line of said vacated Elder Street, a distance of 162.5 feet, more or less, to the
<br /> east line of a 14.0 foot wide north/south alley, thence north, along the east line of said
<br /> north/south alley, a distance of 118.0 feet, more or less, to the centerline of a 10.0
<br /> foot wide east/west alley and also being the Point of Beginning of said centerline
<br /> description; thence east, along the centerline of said 10.0 foot wide alley, a distance of
<br /> 716 feet to a point on the west line of Lot No. 20 as shown on the recorded plat of
<br /> Elder Place, Plat Book No. 5, Page 13 in the Office of the St. Joseph County
<br /> Recorder, said point being the Point of Terminus of this description.
