The 30-day clock is now running after <br /> which the Commission may consider a bid <br /> that does not meet the specifications. <br /> Mr. Varner commented that he would like to <br /> work with Whiteman Petrie to reach an <br /> equitable solution for both parties. <br /> (2) Receipt of Bids for disposition of 1527 S. <br /> Kemble St. <br /> There was one envelope received related to <br /> 1527 S. Kemble. Ms. Phipps opened the <br /> envelope containing the following bid: <br /> Offering price: $1,000 <br /> Reason for purchase of property, <br /> Phase 1, <br /> We are looking to expand our building due to <br /> the increase in demand for our Drum Dryers. <br /> Phase I includes the lot at 1527 S. Kemble <br /> Avenue, South Bend, Indiana (#018-8053- <br /> 2138). In this phase we would like to add an <br /> 6 <br />
