Trippel <br />With the following correction on Page 5, Paragraph 3; "Mr. Nimtz <br />requeste that this letter of credit from St. Joseph Bank and Trust <br />for and cn behalf of the investors be accepted and approved, motion <br />made by Mr. Robinson for acceptance and approval, seconded by Mr. <br />Cira and unanimously carried." - - -- Mr. Robinson motioned for approval, <br />seconded by Mr. Cira and the amended minutes of December 2, 1977 were <br />unanimou ly approved. <br />3.
