Wayne Brownell read this in Its entirety. <br />This Change Order for Foegley Landscaping has been <br />Mr. Brownell: <br />approved <br />by Lawson- Fischer Associates, who were the engineers on the <br />job. <br />This is a matter of putting in sod to prevent soil erosion <br />because <br />they had a lot of rain at that time and it was requested by <br />the o <br />ner. This is actually Bill Slabaugh's suggestion to them, <br />asking <br />them to put in in, which we approved orally at that time. <br />The C <br />air: Yes, I personally went down and took a look at this and <br />shot <br />i series of pictures of the erosion of the bank which was prett, <br />serio <br />s.
