By letter of January 17, 1977, Mr. Kevin <br />Butler issued legal opinion and recommendation for grant of Joinder <br />in asement, subject to such review and approval. <br />C. dayne Brownell indicated that he would prefer to re -word the above <br />paragraph (d) and said that actually "what we need to do is consider it- <br />the Joinder in Easement- and after we get the changes made that were <br />sug ested by the Engineering Department in letter dated October 15, <br />1975 from Rollin E.
