NEX� COMMISSION MEETING <br />Chair: There being nothing further, the next Commission Meeting will NEXT COMM. MEE' <br />be on Friday, February 4, 1977, at 10:00 A.M. The Chair, 2 -4 -77 <br />unfortunately, will be battling in court in Indianapolis. Mr. <br />Wiggins, you will be in command. <br />Mr. Wiggins: Oh joy, it will be a short meeting. <br />The Chair admonished the Secretary, Ms. Barth, to determine whether <br />the -e would be a quorum on that date. <br />Mr. Cira: I won't be here. I will be out of town that weeK. <br />Chair: If Pete (Donaldson) isn't available, you won't have a quorum. <br />I will be in Indianapolis that day. <br />Mr. Brownell: We will check to see if we can get a quorum and if we <br />cannot, then we will let you know. <br />Chair: I tried to get this thing changed but it had been set so I <br />couldn't change the court date. <br />9.
