DIETER, PRESIDENT <br />SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 <br />RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at <br />3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2012, in the Council's Informal <br />Meeting Room, 4 Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />The Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 - <br />6.1(b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending litigation or <br />litigation which has been threatened in writing. <br />cc: E.
