Euclid Ave. 11 -1 /11 <br />The time extension is from November 3, 1976 to December 4, 1976 and <br />applies to all of the above contracts. <br />Keith Crighton indicated that it would be acceptable to approve all nine <br />cha ge orders by block motion. The Chair asked whether the new supplier <br />wil enable the contractor to finish in the stipulated time and he said <br />that Mr. Madison has so stated. Mr. Robinson asked if it would be for the <br />sama price. Keith said, "I think it will be more expensive,, but we <br />don't anticipate any change orders, Mr. Madison is bound by his contract." <br />Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and carried, <br />to pprove above change orders extending contract completion time to <br />Dec mber 4, 1976. <br />
