Keith Crighton indicated that it would be acceptable to approve all nine cha ge orders by block motion. The Chair asked whether the new supplier wil enable the contractor to finish in the stipulated time and he said that Mr. Madison has so stated. Mr. Robinson asked if it would be for the sama price. Keith said, "I think it will be more expensive,, but we don't anticipate any change orders, Mr. Madison is bound by his contract." Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and carried, to pprove above change orders extending contract completion time to Dec mber 4, 1976.
