5. This rezoning is requested to allow for the property to <br /> be used in conjunction with an adjacent parcel at 116 N. Frances <br /> Street, South Bend, Indiana, as a parking lot for the employees and <br /> staff of Michiana Hematology-Oncology, P.C. whose offices are <br /> across Frances Street from the subject parcel. <br /> 6. Attached is a copy of the following: <br /> a. legal description of the property; <br /> b. a list of names and addresses of all property owners <br /> within 300 feet of the petitioned property; <br /> c. five (5) site plans; and <br /> d. addressed, stamped envelopes for all property owners <br /> within 300 feet of the petitioned property. <br /> 7 .
