FRANCES STREET, <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by he Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana be and the same hereby is amended in order that <br /> the zoning classification of the following described real estate_ in <br /> the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A part of Large Lot or Block Numbered 16 as shown on <br /> the recorded plat of Cottrell 's First Addition to <br /> the Town of Lowell, now a part of the City of South <br /> Bend, which part is bounded by a line running as <br /> follows, viz: Beginning 126 feet North of the <br /> Southwest corner of said Large Lot or Block Numbered <br /> 16; thence East on the North line of a private alley <br /> 12 feet in width, 113 feet; thence North on the West <br /> line of another private alley, 12 feet wide, 36 <br /> feet; thence West 113 feet; thence South 36 feet to <br /> the place of beginning.
