Havens, Director, Community Planning and <br />PRAISER <br />Development Division, advising the Review Appraiser Contract <br />CONTRACT <br />we submitted has been reviewed by their Realty Specialist <br />APPROVED, <br />and the contract appears to be acceptable to HUD. <br />R -66 <br />They suggest we have our attorney read the contract and we <br />follow any recommendations he may make. This is for Project <br />Indiana R -66. Mr. Brownell advised he has discussed this <br />contract with Mr. Kevin J. Butler, Commission Legal Counsel. <br />The Commissioners have signed the Contract along with Real <br />Estate Research.
