Mr. George Molnar, Jr. <br />217 East Pokagon Street <br />Field Checked: August 28, 2019 <br />Field Checked By: Scott Kreeger, Engineer I <br />Notes: <br />After a following on -site visit with the resident, I was able to witness the constraints impacting <br />the resident's ability to park his van without blocking the sidewalk. The resident drives himself <br />and exits the vehicle in a wheelchair via the rear passenger ramp. The ramp, as documented in <br />the image below, extends 3 feet and needs direct access to concrete to allow Mr. Molnar to <br />freely exit the vehicle. Mr. Molnar's garage does not provide an adequate width for both the van <br />and ramp extension. Additionally, the van cannot be parked on the sloped driveway to allow Mr. <br />Molnar to freely exit the vehicle without blocking the public right-of-way. <br />
