Dodd may be required to provide a not -to -exceed (NTE) estimate of the cost <br />and descriptive information of requested repairs to the Operations Manager at the <br />time of the service call. No work shall be performed until approval is given by the <br />Building Manager. <br />e. New Installation Service <br />• D.A. Dodd may be required to provide a not -to -exceed (NTE) estimate of the cost <br />and descriptive information of requested new installations to the Operations <br />Manager at the time of the service call. No work shall be performed until approval is <br />given by the Building Manager. <br />• D.A. Dodd understand that any new installations greater than $2500 will require <br />following a competitive bid procedure through the Board of Public Works. <br />
