b, Regular Repair Service (Non -Emergency) <br />Repairs performed during regular service hours shall be paid for on an hourly labor <br />rate basis according to final contract negotiation. <br />o Regular operational hours are defined as between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. The repair <br />must besin during this time frame to be defined as a regular repair. <br />c. After -Hours Repair Service (Emergency) <br />* Repairs performed during regular service hours shall be paid for on an hourly labor <br />rate basis according to final contract negotiation. <br />* After-hours repairs are defined as any repair that begins after 5:00 pm and before <br />6:00 am on a non -holiday weekday, or work that occurs during any time on <br />weekends or holidays. <br />d. Repair Estimate and Approval <br />• D.A. Dodd may be required to provide a not -to -exceed (NTE) estimate of the cost <br />and descriptive information of requested repairs to the Operations Manager at the <br />time of the service call. No work shall be performed until approval is given by the <br />Building Manager. <br />e. New Installation Service <br />• D.A. Dodd may be required to provide a not -to -exceed (NTE) estimate of the cost <br />and descriptive information of requested new installations to the Operations <br />Manager at the time of the service call. No work shall be performed until approval is <br />given by the Building Manager. <br />• D.A. Dodd understand that any new installations greater than $2500 will require <br />following a competitive bid procedure through the Board of Public Works. <br />
