Sandra <br /> Craeger for the sum of $61, 025 . 00 . <br /> The property in question is the residence provided by the <br /> Park Department to the former Elbel golf pro. The Board of Park <br /> Commissioners determined in April, 1994, that this property was no <br /> longer needed for park purposes and authorized the sale of the <br /> property by the City' s Board of Public Works . The Board conducted <br /> a public sale and has recommended sale of the property to Ms . <br /> Craeger, the high bidder. The Mayor has approved the sale to Ms . <br /> Craeger.
