Osthimer, III and Frances E. <br /> Osthimer, Trustees of the Osthimer Family Trust, to zone from "C" Commercial, "F' Height and <br /> Area to "B" Residential, "E" Height and Area, property located at 515 Carroll Street, City of <br /> South Bend - APC #1644-94 <br /> Dear Council Members: <br /> The above referenced ordinance initiated by the Area Plan Commission was legally advertised on <br /> December 8, 1994. The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on January 17, 1995, took <br /> the following action: <br /> Upon a motion by John DeLee, being seconded by John Leszczynski and unanimously carried, th <br /> proposed ordinance and site development plan of Charles E. Osthimer, III and Frances E. <br /> Osthimer, Trustees of the Osthimer Family Trust, to zone from "C" Commercial, "E" Height and <br /> Area to "B" Residential, "E" Height and Area, property located at 515 Carroll Street, City of <br /> South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation as tendered. The <br /> adjacent areas to the east,,south, and west are presently zoned and used for residential purposes. <br /> The proposed rezoning is in keeping with the existing zoning pattern in the area. <br /> The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above <br /> decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearmg, and will be forwarded to you at a later <br /> date to be made a part of this report. <br /> Attached, for your consideration in the review of this matter, is a copy of the Area Plan <br /> Commission's Staff Report. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Richard S.
