ORDINANCE NO. g'1575- 9s_ <br /> An Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br /> Appropriating One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000) <br /> From the Economic Development State Grant Fund <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines that it is necessary <br /> and in the best interest of the City to make certain appropriations from funds available within <br /> the Economic Development State Grant Fund of the City of South Bend to refund the Build <br /> Indiana Grant Fund for certain expenses related to the construction of William Richardson <br /> Court. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The following sums are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from <br /> and within the Economic Development State Grant Fund of the City of South Bend: <br /> Account No. Description Amount <br /> 210.0000.334.13-00 State Operating Grant $ 170,000 <br /> Industrial Development <br /> Said sums shall be transferred by Inter-Fund Operating Transfer to the following account, a <br /> part of the Build Indiana Grant Fund, for the specified purpose: <br /> Account No. Description Amount <br /> 230.1011.460.42.03 Capital Improvements $ 170,000 <br /> Streets & Alleys <br /> Section H.
