Brooks Brademas, Madison Center, <br /> Inc. and John Friedline to zone from "D" Light Industrial, "F" Height and Area to "A-3" Mixed <br /> Use Multifamily Residential and Commercial District, "G" Height and Area, property located at <br /> 712 North Niles Avenue; the south half of vacated Hagerty Street between Niles Avenue and the <br /> St. Joseph River; and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 as shown on the recorded Plat of Alexis <br /> Coquillard's First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, City of South Bend - APC <br /> #1643-94 <br /> Dear Council Members: <br /> The above referenced ordinance initiated by the Area Plan Commission was legally advertised on <br /> December 8, 1994. The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on January 17, 1995, took <br /> the following action: <br /> Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by George Hill and unanimously carried, the <br /> proposed ordinance and site development plan of T. Brooks Brademas, Madison Center, Inc. and <br /> John Friedline to zone from "D" Light Industrial, "F" Height and Area to "A-3" Mixed Use <br /> Multifamily Residential and Commercial District, "G" Height and Area, property located at 712 <br /> North Niles Avenue; the south half of vacated Hagerty Street between Niles Avenue and the St. <br /> Joseph River; and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 as shown on the recorded Plat of Alexis Coquillard's <br /> First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, City of South Bend is sent to the Common <br /> Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to a final site development plan.
