JOSEPH RIVER AND LOTS 4,5,6,7,8, AND 9 <br /> AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF ALEXIS COQUILLARD'S FIRST <br /> ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL <br /> VACATED ALLEYS AND STREETS ADJACENT THERETO <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION I.
