Due to your inability to provide performance <br />bond3 for Contracts 11, 12 and 18 you must forfeit 10% of each <br />bid amount for these contracts totaling $1,022.40, in accord- <br />ance with Section 6 Bid Guaranty of the Instructions to Bidders <br />and Document E Bid Bond. <br />10% of Contract 15 is therefore refunded to you in the amount <br />of $456.10. Please affix your signature to both copies of the <br />attached claim so that this money may be refunded to you as <br />soon as possible.
