This <br />ny was also granted a ten day extension (see Attachment A.) to <br />n bonding on 1/23/76. This extension expired on 2/6/76. <br />Due to this contractor's inability to provide bonding, he must <br />forf't 10% of each bid amount totaling $1,022.40 (see Attachment B.) in <br />acco dance with Section 6, Bid Guaranty Instructions to Bidders, and <br />Document E, Bid Bond:' Newbill Construction would therefore be eligible <br />to receive a refund in the amount of $456.10 as 10% of Contract # 15 for <br />whic performance bond is provided. <br />If you have any questions or have need of further information please <br />contact me at your earliest convenience.
