A -10, R -66 and R -57 <br />The purpose of this letter is to document the conclusions reached in <br />your anuary 20th meeting with Jeanne Meggs and Peggy Hudgens of my <br />staff. <br />Our u derstanding of the status of all activities in projects A -12, <br />R -57 nd R -66 are as follows: <br />oject Ind. A -10 <br />Acquisition: 100% Complete <br />Demolition: 100% Complete <br />Relocation: All completed or paid into escrow. <br />oiect Improvements: None in this project. <br />n -Cash: The financing plan calls for $410,866.00. The <br />ouired amount has been certified. <br />udit: The audit is presently being updated to December 31, 1975. <br />he LPA will receive the audit report by February 9, 1976. This <br />eport will be sent to the Regional Inspector General for audit <br />n Chicago the week of February 16th. The audit report will be <br />ransmitted to the Area Office no later than March 1, 1976. The <br />PA will be requested to respond to the audit findings the week of <br />arch 8, 1976.
