<br />Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Cira and

<br />04 and 05, to Madison Builders, Inc., and Contract No. 03
<br />to Slatile Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., in bid amounts as
<br />shown above [Page 13, Item 6c', being the low bidders, subject
<br />to Commission Legal Counsel approval, in the Northwest Com-
<br />munity Development Project.

<br />ment Project: Per recommendations of the Northwest Advisory
<br />Committee, Commission approval was requested to reject the
<br />following bid for the rehabilitation of real property in the
<br />Northwest Community Development Program, as it is over the
<br />$8,000.00 maximum allowable under the guidelines:

<br />questing rejection of this bid because of the excessive amount.
<br />The specification for this unit will be checked and : revis -ed so
<br />that lower bids may be obtained through the next advertisement.
