Z5 7- /5 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING <br /> $5,365.58 FROM THE GENERAL FUND (FUND NO. 101) <br /> TO THE PARK GENERAL FUND (FUND NO. 201) <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The desire to enhance the natural surroundings of the <br /> Navarre Cabin at Leeper Park has created a need for funding. The <br /> appropriation of monies from the General Fund to the Park General <br /> Fund is necessary to fund the costs of planting appropriate <br /> indigenous trees around this historic structure . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section I .
